In this role you will be required to, proactively scope the technical solution required to address customer requirements, assesses customer's met and unmet needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for both the customer and the company.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to align solution design with customer's business requirements.

  • Provide assistance related to all hardware, software, and applications of IA Customer Project health assessment, Project prioritization & planning, defect assessments & prevention Projects status reviews, Daily operation review for support teams Investigate & analyze problems, facilitate coordination between operations and R&D teams

  • Support Sales, Pre-Sales teams for new customer engagements and deployments

  • Be responsible for diagnosing, reproducing, documenting and fixing issues related to hardware and software.

  • Deployment, configuration, maintenance and operation of Windows Server, Tomcat server and Data Base Server Analyze and troubleshoot issues discovered during operation. Database analysis using SQL, provide detailed report according to analysis result. Device and server log level debug and analysis.

  • Report testing result according to telecom KPIs in tracking system such as JIRA


  • Bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field of study Understanding of Wireless/RF/RAN Network Technologies (2G/3G/4G/WiFi)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Good skills in MS Excel, Projects, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio.

  • Hands-on experience on testing tools, web server and database technologies etc.

  • A strong work ethic and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun, demanding environment
